After succesfully sending the electric return form, please wait for detailed instructions. You will get a confirmation by e-mail when we have handled your return form.

We are not responsible to refund any goods which are not in their original condition or do not have product labels attached to them.

Before delivering us your return package, send us an electric return form.

With your order you received a return label. (If you ordered by UPS, please contact our Customer Care to receive a return label.)

The return cost is 6,95 € in Sweden and Estonia, and 9,95 € in other EU-countries. The fee is deducted from the refund, after receival of the return bag in our Customer Service.
From any other country you as customer will handle the delivery cost of return package.

Use the same bag in which you received your order. The bag should be opened correctly in order to re-use it for return.

POSTI RETURNS
You can find our logistics ID on the back side of the order receipt. Put also the order receipt in the return bag. Leave the return bag to a Posti office or in a Posti package automat (parcel point).

Collect a receipt of the return. We cannot refund any lost packages without a receipt.

The return fee is deducted from the refund, after receival of the return bag in our Customer Service.

You will be informed via e-mail when the return has been handled.

If you wish to exchange products, please make a new order of the new products. Your return will be refunded to you after receival in our Customer Service.
