Order
How do I place an order?
If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent´s permission to make an order.
Register on our pages in order to create a client account at "Membership". If you already have a customer account, just log in with your e-mail and password. Your order history is saved on your account. Every purchase you make signed in increases your personal bonus points with 5% of the order´s value. You can spend your bonus points on new purchases.
You can also order without registering. You just collect the products on your shopping cart and proceed at the cashier according to the instructions.
Click the picture of the product you want. When looking at the products in our store, you can give your measurements on our handy size guide "what is my size?". The size guide will recommend you the most suitable size on each product. Please note that measurements vary between brands and products.
When you have chosen all the products you want to buy to your shopping cart, you can click to checkout for choosing delivery and payment method. Follow the instructions on the cart. Make sure all your information is correct.
You will receive a confirmation to your e-mail after we have successfully received your order. If you don´t receive a confirmation to your e-mail, you can contact our customer service. We are happy to help!
You will also receive delivery information with tracking code by e-mail after your order has been handled and sent.
How does the bonus system work?
As a registered customer, you will collect a 5 % bonus for each order made in our online store when you place your order logged in. You can use your bonus points in your upcoming orders. Any returned products do not accumulate bonus balance.
Bonus points will be available 30 days after receiving your order. So it's a good idea to register as a customer and log in with your own e-mail and password every time you order. You can choose in the cart from the drop-down menu, how many bonus points you want to use when placing your order.
If you return the products, you may want to choose the amount of your return on your customer account in bonus points. This is how the amount is available in your customer account, even for your next order.
Bonus points are automatically expired 365 days after earning them and automatically removed from the user´s bonus balance. The user will receive a reminder of the expiration of the bonus points 14 days before they leave. The expiration date of the bonus points always moves forward when you accumulate more with a new order.
What if my order have a pre-order product?
Some of our products are available for pre-orders. Those products will arrive soon in our warehouse, but they are not there yet. Estimated shipping date is clearly marked in pre-order products.
Your complete order will be sent when we have also the pre-ordered product ready. You will get an e-mail confirmation when your order is ready for delivery.
My size is sold out. What to do?
Our collections are updated often, as new arrivals and fill ups are added almost every week. Not all the items are automatically filled up, so please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you wish an update in a particular product.
If your size is sold out, please leave your e-mail address on our size watch "notify me when available". You will be notified by e-mail when we get a fill-up on your size. Then you can decide whether to order it or not.

Ordering abroad
We also deliver orders to other EU- countries. First, select the correct country and language option from the language menu.
The payment method for orders shipped outside Finland is Pay Pal. Delivery costs range from 6.95 € to 19.95 € depending on the country. Delivery time varies by country between 2 and 10 business days.
We can offer free return only for orders inside Finland. Return costs from Sweden and Estonia: 6.95 € and from other countries: 9.95 €.

How long does delivery take?
Your order will be handled on the same or the next business day after you have placed your order.
Your order will be delivered by the delivery method of your choice, either by Matkahuolto or Posti.
Our delivery time is 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays due to the transport of Matkahuolto or Posti.
You will receive an email from us about the shipment when your order is leaving our warehouse. The shipment ID allows you to follow the delivery Matkahuolto or Postal on the page.

How long will the packages be stored at the pick -up point?
You will receive a notification of arrival by SMS and email, when your order is ready to pick-up. When picking up your order, you will need an arrival notification and your ID.
Matkahuolto and Posti stores the parcels at pick-up points and parcel lockers for 7 days.
Please note the pick-up time of your order and inform us if you are not able to go and get the order on time. If we don´t get the notice, we reserve the right to charge the customer. Uncollected packages cause significant costs for Disturb. By law (1211/2013) we reserve the right to charge the customer. The chargeable expense is 19 €, including shipping, refund costs and processing costs. If you can't pick up the package yourself, you can write a power of attorney to a trusted person who can pick up the shipment.

Shipping Terms briefly:
- All e -commerce prices include valid VAT.
- Under-18s must have the consent of their guardian to place the order.
- Our products have a 30-day return policy. Try on the ordered products before taking the labels off. All returned products must be in original good condition and have the labels on them. We cannot refund any items that are used or damaged. If you notice any damages in the item upon receival, please inform our customer service immediately. When trying on the products, please take care that no smell, animal hair or stains will harm them.
- We are known of fast delivery. We will process your order on working days within 24 hours of its arrival. On Monday we will handle the orders received during the weekend. Orders received before 1 pm will be sent on the same day. When your order is handled in our warehouse, you will receive an order tracking number.
- We will not be responsible for the delivery of the order if the delivery is prevented, or is delayed by the factors outside our influence, such as war, natural disasters, export or import ban, decision of the authority, disruption of public transport, or other similar Disturb online store.

Pre -order products:
If your order has both pre -order products and immediately in stock, you can make a choice in the shopping cart, whether you want all the products in the same delivery or separately.
If you want your order immediately ready -made products to be delivered immediately, and the post -delivery products at a later date, your order will also include the shipping costs of the post -delivery.
Note:
Undelivered packages cause significant costs for Disturb. By law (1211/2013) we reserve the right to charge the costs from the customer if the packages are returned to us as undelivered package. The cost is 19 € per order, including shipping, refund expenses and processing costs. Please note the pick-up time of your package and let us know if you cannot pick up your package within the pick-up time.
Matkahuolto and Posti stores the parcels for 7 days at the pick-up points and parcel lockers.

Paytrail

Online banking
You can use all Finnish banks with either the eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces offered by the banks. You can pay with any of the online Finnish banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandbanken. From the online store, you will be redirected to your own bank to make a payment securely.
Cards
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and American Express cards. The online store uses international authentication services Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey.
Mobile payments
Mobile payment applications Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto enable you to pay for online purchases by online bank transfer or card payment by accepting the payment in the application.
Buy now, pay later
By now, pay later services through Paytrail are provided by OP, Walley and Jousto. When you accept the payment, please read the specific terms for each finance company. By accepting the payment, you are alse accepting the terms and conditions of the finance company. Terms and conditions are provided by the finance companies and are only in Finnish.

Can I pay with bonus points?
Yes you can! Once you have registered as a member and place orders logged in with your own ID, you will accumulate a bonus of 5% of your order. Bonus points are automatically stored in your customer account after 30 days has passed since the order date.
You can use accumulated bonus points for your new order. The bonus balance appears in the shopping cart and you can choose from the drop -down menu for your order.
How do I pay with a Disturb gift card?
If you want to pay with a Disturb gift card, enter the code to a shopping cart to the "discount or gift card code"-area. If you do not use the gift card completely to one order the remaining amount will be activated with a same code.
Only one gift card code can be entered per order. If you have more gift cards and want to use them for the same order, contact our customer service. It is possible to deposit your gift card values in to your customer account.
What do I do if my gift card code doesn't work?
If you have purchased a gift card before 8.11.2023 and your gift card code does not work at checkout, follow these steps:
1. Check your gift card code.
2. If the code on your gift card contains less than eight characters, add as many zeros at the end of the code so that there are eight characters in total
Return
Return portal
Please send us an electronic return notice at our return portal (return portal"https://www.disturb.fi/en/pages/return-and-exchangestitle">return portal>). With your order number and e-mail address, the return portal will find your order.
You can exchange the product to another size or just return the product and get a refund of it. Unfortunately exchange to other product is not possible so you can make a new order of it.
After completing the return notice, you will receive return information in to your e-mail.
Can I return the product I ordered?
If you are not satisfied with the products you order or the size is not appropriate, you can make a refund. The return time is 30 days after the order has been received. Match the product before removing the product stickers. The product to be returned must be in its original condition. We cannot replace the price of used or damaged products. When adapting the product, note that it does not stick to scents, stains or, for example, animal hair.
If you notice any damage caused during transport when you receive the product or the product is defective, please inform us without delay to agree on the exchange or return.
First return or exchange per order is free for you! If you change or return products from the same order more than once, you will pay the shipping costs yourself as a customer. For one return, we charge € 4.95/ order and the second exchange € 9.90/ order.
Can I change size?
Absolutely! If you wish, you can change the product to a different size.
Notify us of your exchange request using our return portal . This is how you can reserve the new size of the product. Once your return package has arrived in our warehouse, the new product will go on.
First return or exchange per order is free for you! If you change or return products from the same order more than once, you will pay the shipping costs yourself as a customer. For one return, we charge € 4.95/ order and the second exchange € 9.90/ order.
The fastest way to get a new product is to make a new order in our online store. This will give you a new product already in 1-2 business days.
How do I return the product?
Send us an electronic return form at our return portal to handle your return smoothly. After that you will receive instructions for return to your e-mail.
Pack the product neatly and note that the product is in its original condition with the product labels attached. You can use the same delivery bag or box in which you received your order. The bag must be opened correctly, in order to use it again for customer return. Put the order receipt in the return package.

Refunds via Post:
Put the order receipt in the return package. Deliver the return package to the Post office to the clerk. Tell us that this is a customer return and indicate our contract code. You can find the ID on your order receipt and your customer account.
If you return the mail to the parcel terminal, activate the Post's website to return: https://www.posti.fi/fi/henkiloille/paketit-ja-seuranta/palauta-paketti. With the Easy Code, you will be able to return the package to your desired vending machine.
Note! Cover the old shipping markings/ barcode. You must find the Easy Code, the name and address of the recipient, and your own information.
Keep your recovery receipt!
Returns through Matkahuolto:
Put the order receipt in the return package. You can export either a parcel machine or a pick -up point as instructed. Restore is free.
Sign Up / Sign In Matkahuolto in the system and click on the tracking code for the delivery to be returned.
Then select "Restore" and enter our return ID in the field. You can find the ID on the reverse side of your order. If you return the customer return package without registering with the Matkahuolto system, then the return will not be able to return. You will need a Disturb return ID for a returning point. You can find the ID on the reverse side of your order.
Keep your recovery receipt!
Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for your return until we have received it. We replace the price of lost products only receipt against.
What do I do if the product is defective?
Complaints
If you notice any damage caused during transport when you get the product, please inform us without delay to agree on a change or return.
If you detect a manufacturing failure or error in the product, contact our customer service immediately. We process complaints on a case -by -case basis. Sending the image of the complaint product and defect will speed up the handling of the matter.

In cases of complaints, it is agreed on a case-by-case basis how to proceed. In the case of a manufacturing error, the return and exchange time is not limited to 30 days.
Our customer service will help if there is any question or complaint about our products or services. We process feedback and complaints on a case -by -case basis and are happy to receive feedback. If the disagreement on the trade agreement is not resolved by e -commerce and customer negotiations, the consumer may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) to be resolved. In disputes, we urge the customer to turn to our customer service, and if the matter is not resolved, then consumer advice.

How long does it take to process the return?
The return package travels to us during 2-4 business days. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within about 3 business days of the package's arrival. Once the return has been handled, you will receive confirmation from us by email. If you change the size of the product, you will receive the tracking code for a new package by email.
The refunds will come through the same payment method as the order and the processing times vary by 4-7 days depending on the payment method.
If you return the product that has been paid with a DISTURB gift card, we will refund your return to your customer account if you are registered with our customer. If you do not have a customer account, you will receive a refund to a gift card code.

Invoices are sent as attachments for email. One invoice per file containing one invoice on all pages. In one email you can send multiple invoices. All files must have their own name. One email can be at a maximum of 10MB. PDF files must be genuine PDF documents, version 1.3 or later. PDF files must not be locked or password protected. The exterior of the document can be up to 210 x 297 mm. The name of the attachment must not contain as ordinary characters: A-Z, A-Z, 0-9.
