Shopify Payments
In our online store you will find the most common credit card payments offered by the Shopify Payments payment system.
Svea Payments
Payment transactions for the Disturb.fi online store are handled by Svea Bank AB (publ), filial i Finland (3237195-7), in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Using the service does not require registration or additional fees. Svea Bank AB has a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfer and payment traffic are SSL-secured, meaning no external party can access your information. The payment recipient will appear as Svea Bank AB.
Online bank payment buttons
You can pay for your order using the online payment button of any Finnish bank. When you have your bank’s online credentials and are ready to pay, you will be redirected from our online store to your bank’s website to complete the payment directly from your account. The payment recipient will appear as Svea Payments Oy (or our auxiliary business name Maksuturva Group Oy), who handles the payment processing for our online store.
Card payments and MobilePay (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Business Eurocard)
The payment service is provided by Svea Payments in cooperation with Payment Highway and Worldline. Card details are processed through a secure connection and are not stored in the systems of the online store or Svea Payments.
Payments with Siirto apps
In our online store, you can pay easily and securely using Siirto apps.
Siirto is a mobile payment method that works across banks and is compatible with the Nordea Siirto app, Pivo, and OP-mobile. On mobile, the payment app opens automatically. On a computer, you can enter your phone number and confirm the payment on your phone. The payment is charged directly from the selected bank account.

Our online store offers Svea Bank invoice and installment payment options.
Svea Invoice
Svea offers a safe and easy way to pay by invoice. When choosing Svea Bank’s invoice as your payment method, you always get at least 14 days to pay. Late payment interest is 7% + reference rate (according to Finnish Interest Act), and a reminder fee of €5 applies. The buyer must be at least 21 years old. Open invoices can be viewed via the My Pages service.
Instalments / Part Payments
You can split your invoice into smaller monthly payments by applying for a one-time credit and accepting the credit terms provided with your invoice. You can pay off the credit at any time without extra fees for the unused period.
Svea Part Payment
Choose your preferred payment schedule from the available options at checkout. A minimum age of 21 and approved credit decision are required.
Business Invoice
Svea also offers a business invoice option with a minimum 14-day payment term. Late payment interest and reminder fees apply. A valid credit decision is required, and Svea may verify the buyer’s right to represent the company.

Can I pay with bonuses?
Yes you can! Once you have registered our customers and place orders logged in with your own ID, you will accumulate a bonus of 5% of your order. Bonuses are automatically stored in your customer account after 30 days has passed since the order date.
You can use accumulated bonuses for your new order. The bonus balance appears in the shopping cart and you can choose from the drop -down menu for your order.
How can I earn bonus points?
As a registered customer, you will collect a 5 % bonus for each order made in our online store when you place your order logged in. You can use your bonus in your upcoming orders. Any returned products do not accumulate bonus balance.
Bonuses will be available 30 days after receiving your order. The bonuses are activated to the customer account as bonus points and are available in future orders. So it's a good idea to register as a customer and log in with your own IDs every time you order. When ordering, you can choose how much bonus points you want to use each time.
If you have made orders without logging in, contact our customer service and we will connect your order to your customer account.
Bonus points are automatically expired 365 days after earning them and automatically removed from the user's bonus balance. The user will receive a reminder of the expiration of the bonus points 14 days before they leave.
The expiration date of your score always moves forward as you collect more of them, for example, with a new order.
Gift card payment
If you want to pay with a Disturb gift card, enter the code shopping cart discount or gift card code in the field. If you do not use the gift card completely one order, the unused balance will remain available on the same code.
Only one gift card code can be entered per order. If you have more gift cards and want to use them for the same order, contact our customer service. If you have a customer account, you can deposit your gift card values in your customer account.
