1. BONUS-SYSTEM? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Register as customer in our web store. When purchasing signed in our web store, you collect currency on your customer account.

Every single purchase signed in increases the €- amount on your personal bonus-account with 5% of the puchase value. Bonus-credits are activated in your customer account in 30 days of making the order.

ou can spend your bonus-credits on new purchases whenever you like. To collect bonus-credits, please register in our web store and sign in your account every time you make orders.


2. HOW TO ORDER? DID MY ORDER SUCCEED?

If you are under 18 years old you must have a parent’s permission to make an order.

Register on our pages in order to create a client account for yourself. Your order history is saved on your account. When you save your measurements on your account, the store will suggest you recommended sizes. You can also leave product reviews after registering. Every purchase you make signed in increases your personal bonus-account with 5% of the order's value. You can spend your bonus-credits on new purchases whenever you like.

You can also order without registering. You just collect the products on your shopping cart and proceed at the cashier according to the instructions.

Click the picture of the product you want, click the recommended size and add it into your shopping cart. You can continue browsing our productcategories. You can check your cart under the "shopping cart"- button, get back to browsing and select more products, or remove some products from the cart, or continue to payment.

In the shopping cart, if you are registered and logged in, your information will be automatically transferred to the form, and the purchases will increase your personal bonus. If you are not registered and don’t have a personal account, you can fill up the order form without registering. This will not increase your bonuses.

Follow the instructions on the order form. Select the payment method and delivery method for your order. Make sure all the information is correct. Check and accept terms, and click Continue to pay.


You will receive a confirmation by email to the e-mail address you have given us after we have successfully received the order.
You will also receive delivery information with tracking code by email after your order has been handled and sent.


3. HOW, WHEN AND WHERE IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

Your order will be sent from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. When your order has been sent, you will receive delivery information and a tracking code in your e-mail.

5. HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

Handle products carefully. Try products on before ripping labels off. All returned products must be in original good condition and have labels on them. We cannot refund any items that are used or damaged. Labels must be on their places. If you notice any damages in the item upon receival, please inform our customer service immediately. When trying on products, please make sure no smell, hair or stains will harm them.

You have 30 days right to return the products in your order. You will receive a pre-paid return label from us with your order. The return fee will be deducted from the compensation after we have received your return package. If you wish to exchange products, please make a new order for the new ones, and we will compensate you the returned products upon receival.

Before sending your return package, please send us electric return form.

6. MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT. WHAT TO DO?

If your size is sold out, please leave your email address on our Size Watch. You will be notified by email when we get a fill-up on your size.

Please note carefully our suggestions on selecting the size, and utilize our Size Guides when ever it is available on products.

You will stay on track of our latest news and new arrivals by following our Facebook-site and our Instagram- account.
In our web store you find the current collection of products and sizes. Our collections are updated often, as new arrivals and fill ups are added every week. Not all the items are automatically filled up, so please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you wish an update in a particular product.


7. RECLAMATIONS

We make our best to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive any faulty items or an incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

With a potential manufacturing flaw, the right to return is not restricted to 30 days. We will investigate each case in detail and ask your cooperation to, firstly, get you a compensation and, secondly, prevent future flaws.

When a complaint is made, an investigation of the product is carried out, and in some cases we will send your complaint for further investigation to the supplier. Your views are highly valued and therefore we ask you to contact us to give us your opinions and express your concerns.

8. PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS, WHAT ARE THEY?

Some of our products are available for pre-orders. They will arrive soon in our warehouse, but they are not there yet. The date of arrival is clearly marked on these products.

If you order both pre-ordered products and products which are already at our stock, your complete order will be sent when we have also the pre-ordered product ready.
