Use the same bag in which you received your order. The bag should be opened correctly in order to re-use it for return. Put the return product and order form in the bag.

You received a return label with your order (does not include UPS-deliveries!). Glue the label tightly on the return bag. Bring the return bag in the same post office where you received your order. 


Remember to collect a receipt when leaving the return package! The customer himself is in charge of the return until we receive it. We are not in charge of products that might go missing during the delivery and we can not refund any lost packages without a receipt.

The return cost is 10 €. The fee is deducted from the refund, after receival of the return bag in our Customer Service. 

You will be informed via e-mail when the return has been handled. 

If you wish to exchange products, please make a new order of the new products. Your return will be refunded to you after receival in our Customer Service.

Pre-ordered products

If your order contains both pre-ordered products and products in stock, you can select in the shopping cart whether you wish to receive the complete order at once, or get the products separately.

Undelivered packages cause considerable costs. Based on law (1211/2013) we maintain the right to invoice costs from the customer, if orders return undelivered to us. The cost per one undelivered order is 19 €, including delivery fee, return fee and processing fee. Please note the pick-up time of your order and inform us if you are not able to go and get the order in time.

Customer returns

Try on the ordered products before taking the labels off. All returned products must be in original good condition, and have the labels on them. 

We cannot refund any items that are used or damaged. The labels must be on their places. If you notice any damages in the item upon receival, please inform our customer service immediately. When trying on the products, please take care no smell, hair or stains will harm them.

Use the same delivery bag in which you received your order. The bag must be opened correctly, in order to use it again for customer return if needed.

You have 30 days right to exchange and return the products in your order. 

Before delivering us your return package, send us an electric return form. You received an order confirmation by email from us, in that email you will find a link to send the electric return form. 

If you cannot pick up your order in time, please notify our customer service immediately. Orders that are not picked up on time, return to us and cause extra costs. We preserve the right not to send orders with cash on delivery if orders are not picked up on time.

1. Returns in Finland

Before delivering us your return package, send us an electric return form. You received an order confirmation by email from us, in that email you will find a link to send the electric return form. 

Returning orders is free. Allthough note that an order's limit value for free delivery is 80 €. If your order's value is below 80 € after return, the delivery costs 3,95 € will be added on your order.

Return time is 30 days from the moment you received your order. 

Return packages are delivered to us in 2-4 working days.
Return packages are handled in our customer service within 3 working days after receival.
We are not responsible for delays in Matkahuolto or Posti deliveries.

The delivery costs are handled by Disturb.fi for the first return or exchange per one order. If you wish to return or exchange products more than one time, you as the client will pay for the subsequent delivery costs.

Remember to collect a receipt when sending your return package! The customer is in responsibility of the return package until we receive it. We cannot refund any lost packages without a receipt. 

MATKAHUOLTO RETURNS 
Put also the order receipt in the return bag. You can leave your return package in any Matkahuolto pick-up point. You will need the Disturb return code: 9521035.

COMPLAINTS AND RECLAMATIONS

We make our best to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive any faulty items or an incorrect delivery, please make sure you contact our customer service as soon as possible.
With a potential manufacturing flaw, the right to return is not restricted to 30 days. We will investigate each case in detail and ask your cooperation to, firstly, get you a compensation and, secondly, prevent future flaws.

When a complaint is made, an investigation of the product is carried out, and in some cases we will send your complaint for further investigation to the supplier. Slim fit- jeans are meant to fit, and they are more tight that Regular fit- jeans. Our Loose fit- jeans are more spacious in thighs.

1. BONUS-SYSTEM? HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Register as customer in our web store. When purchasing signed in our web store, you collect currency on your customer account.  

Every single purchase signed in increases the €- amount on your personal bonus-account with 5% of the puchase value. Bonus-credits are activated in your customer account in 30 days of making the order.

2. HOW TO ORDER? DID MY ORDER SUCCEED?

If you are under 18 years old you must have a parent’s permission to make an order.

Register on our pages in order to create a client account for yourself. Your order history is saved on your account. When you save your measurements on your account, the store will suggest you recommended sizes. You can also leave product reviews after registering. Every purchase you make signed in increases your personal bonus-account with 5% of the order's value. You can spend your bonus-credits on new purchases whenever you like.

You can also order without registering. You just collect the products on your shopping cart and proceed at the cashier according to the instructions. 

 

Click the picture of the product you want, click the recommended size and add it into your shopping cart. You can continue browsing our productcategories. You can check your cart under the "shopping cart"- button, get back to browsing and select more products, or remove some products from the cart, or continue to payment.

 

In the shopping cart, if you are registered and logged in, your information will be automatically transferred to the form, and the purchases will increase your personal bonus. If you are not registered and don’t have a personal account, you can fill up the order form without registering. This will not increase your bonuses.

 

Follow the instructions on the order form. Select the payment method and delivery method for your order. Make sure all the information is correct. Check and accept terms, and click Continue to pay.

6. MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT. WHAT TO DO?

If your size is sold out, please leave your email address on our Size Watch. You will be notified by email when we get a fill-up on your size.

Please note carefully our suggestions on selecting the size, and utilize our Size Guides when ever it is available on products. 

You will stay on track of our latest news and new arrivals by following our Facebook-site  and our Instagram- account.
In our web store you find the current collection of products and sizes. Our collections are updated often, as new arrivals and fill ups are added every week. Not all the items are automatically filled up, so please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you wish an update in a particular product.

Some of our products are available for pre-orders. They will arrive soon in our warehouse, but they are not there yet. The date of arrival is clearly marked on these products. 

If you order both pre-ordered products and products which are already at our stock, your complete order will be sent when we have also the pre-ordered product ready.

All the prices include VAT 24% and the prices are given in euros (€), unless otherwise mentioned.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase or amend the price if the product ordered or the price is not in accordance with market price due to, for example, technical or human error in the online store.

We reserve the right to change the prices, terms and conditions. The customer accepts these delivery terms when placing the order.


Delivery times

Delivery time is determined by the product delivery times and chosen payment and delivery methods. For example prepayment made through bank transfer may delay the processing of the order as the payment must be visible on our back account before we can process the order. We usually process an order one weekday after the order has arrived the delivery time thus being 1-3 days.

Product specific delivery times are given on each product's product card. Payment and delivery method terms can be found from this page, see Delivery methods and Payment methods. The given delivery times are estimates and are not binding. Myonlinestore.com is not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs caused to the customer if the delivery is delayed.


Delivery methods

We deliver orders according to the delivery methods listed below. In connection with each delivery method you can also see the delivery time and price. Delivery methods are dependent on weight. Delivery methods that are available are shown automatically in the shopping cart and also prices are calculated automatically.

If some of the products ordered are out of stock your order will hold until the products are in stock. If required we can deliver the products that are in stock separately and the rest of the products later. In this case the customer will be charged according to the actual delivery prices in connection with the final delivery. If you are interested in this option contact our customer support and attach your order number.

Letters

Small orders are delivered in letters. All orders delivered in letters are posted as 1st class letters and they are usually shipped on the working day following posting. Delivery- and packing cost is always 2,90€ irrespective of the weight.

We deliver orders of max. 2kg in letters. Heavier orders are always delivered in parcels. We reserve the right to deliver the order in parcel if the order is too heavy or too big to be delivered in a letter.

Collection from post office

You can collect your order from your nearest post office usually on the working day following the posting. You can track your delivery and also claim the parcel with the item code provided to you. Note! Please inform your phone number when making the order as Itella no longer sends arrival notices on paper.

Pick-up

Pick-up is always free of charge. Pick-up is possible only during times agreed before hand, so please contact us before picking up your products. For the pick-up we always pack your order in advance so this is the easiest and cheapest delivery method for those who live in the same region. Payment for pick-up orders can be made in cash or through any payment method in the online store, excluding COD (cash on delivery).


Payment methods

The following payment methods can be used to pay online store orders. In connection with each payment method you can see the possible additional cost for the payment method in question. We reserve the products for unpayed orders for max. 14 days after which the products are released and can be purchased by anyone.

Some of the payment methods may require registering to Myonlinestore.com or to a third party customer register. External service provider's terms of use can be found from each service providers' own website.

Cash

Only for pick-up orders. If you want you can also pay with a credit card. 

Invoice

Only for companies and communities. If an invoice is used it must be agreed upon in advance. If you interested in this option contact us through e-mail or phone. For orders under 100 euros billing charge of 10,00 euros will be added.

COD (cash on delivery)

COD can be chosen as a payment method only in connection with a normal parcel. Orders over 50 euros can be send as COD. COD amount is 5,90 euros and it is charged in connection with all COD orders.

If a COD order is returned the customer's next order will not be send as COD. Another delivery method must be chosen for the next order.


Customer returns

Ordered products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days which is counted from the day that you received the products. Returned products must be in unopened packages and in new, salable condition. If these conditions are met and the customer does not want to exchange the product, the customer is entitled to get refunded.

If the product has been damaged during shipping, we will deliver a new product to the customer free of charge. We are not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs caused to the customer if the product has been damaged during shipping.

The customer does not have an unilateral right to witdraw from the order if the product has been customised according to customer's wishes. If the product is returner the customer is obliged to pay the possible costs caused by the customer return.

Instuctions for returning products

Before returning products please make sure that the products are in unopened packages and in new, salable condition. If these conditions are not met we charge costs caused by the customer return, always at least 25,00€.

The easiest way to return products is to use the return parcel label that is included in the delivery or from post office as customer return. When the customer return has arrived to us we will notify you by e-mail and process the return. Remember to include the following information to the customer return:

  • Contact information: your name, address and phone number.
  • Your bank account number (for the compensation that will be payed) or information about if you want to exchange the product to a new one.
  • Order number which can be found from the receipt and order confirmation that was sent to you by e-mail.
  • Reason for the return (optional information). We do not require the reason for customer return, but the information would be valuable for us when we develop our service to be able to serve our customer better.

If you attach the order confirmation or receipt to the customer return we can see the needed information from them except for information needed for the compensation. By giving us as accurate information as possible you help us in processing the customer return as soon as possible. 

Customer return is free of charge in Finland. For customer returns from abroad we charge the additional costs caused by the return.


Sales territory

Our online store products can be ordered only to Finland. If you are interested in ordering product abroad or to Ahvenanmaa contact is through our feedback form. When shipping abroad the delivery costs depend on the country to which the order is delivered and delivery costs are charged according to the actual delivery costs. In addition, additional cost of 10,00 euros will be added to cover the costs for additional work of shipping the delivery abroad.


Additional work and charges

Sometimes the orders can cause additional work, for example, clarifying customs regulations, taxation, forms to be filled in, or due to some customer's special wishes, for example, gift wrapping and packaging. If the additional work is caused by the customer we charge all the costs from the customer. From additional work we charge 50,00€/h and the minimum charge is 0,5h. We inform the customer about the additional work and costs in advance if possible.

Privacy policy

When you visit Disturb.fi we collect information on all visits to our website. We use this information to improve your user experience, evaluate the use of the individual elements of Disturb and to support our marketing.

The collection of personal customer information on Disturb.fi takes place within the framework of existing legislation and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.

Disturb automatically detects the IP address and data when you surf between different pages and services on the website. If you log in or sign up for our newsletter, we record this too, so we can make it easier for you next time.

 

Disturb collects information from users by diverse sources:

  • By cookies when you visit our websites; e.g. IP address, country, viewed pages, viewed categories, viewed brands, interaction/clicks and searches.

  • By purchases; e.g. demographic data, email address, payment information, items, order amount, discount level, brands and frequency. Including sending transactional emails, e.g. order confirmation, shipping confirmation and refund confirmation.
